Foodie Love: Christopher’s Kitchen

I remember moving to Palm Beach Gardens for work and being somewhat sad because it’s a small city and I didn’t know anyone there. The first thing I probably did was gather up a list of restaurants to go try. I saw Christopher’s Kitchen had good reviews so I wrote down the name on my list. Being somewhat new to veganism and perhaps judging it based on previous experiences of plain, tofu ridden vegan restaurants, I was hesitant and not very driven to go eat there. Eventually, about 5 months into my new North Palm Beach life, my boyfriend and I were hungry but craving something healthy. So, we decided to give it a go. O-M-G, why hadn’t we been here before? I think this is where my love affair with vegan foods became an official relationship and boy it is love. I seriously could not believe how delicious the food was. My mouth waters when I think of their menu.

Our first, and most absolutely not the last, meal at Christopher’s Kitchen. From the bottom left corner going clockwise: their BBQ PIZZA, COCONUT CURRY, SUPER PAD THAI, and #1 NYC ROLL.

Let me start by saying that all of the food on the menu is organic. Everything is made in house and they don’t use soy or fake meat products. That alone is like sugar to my ears. It’s a wonderful feeling going to a restaurant and not having to worry about what to order or interrogating the server because you want to make sure your food has no GMO’s. Every dish we ordered was well executed and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. Fresh veggies filled our plates but beyond that it was the flavor combinations that had us wanting more.

Clockwise from the top: Maui Green Juice and Sunrise Juice (my favorite!); Curry Grain Bowl and Hummus with Crudites and Toast; Loaded Nachos (aah-mazing); and 1/2 Tuna Salad Sandwich and 1/2 Sun Burger .
Clockwise from the top: Coconut Curry served with Quinoa; Sweet Potato Soup; and the delicious Pad Thai.
Cinnamon Sundae! Best part of the meal. I used to grab one of this on my way home to Miami each week. Then I started gaining a little wait, so now I have them occasionally.

I really cannot tell just how great this place is, you have to try it for yourself. Please visit them so they can keep growing and hopefully open up a restaurant in Miami! Visit them at:
